Ingredients: Black tea leaves** & bergamot essential oil** *(*organic)

Brewing: 1. Heat fresh, filtered water just short of the boiling point (around 200°F (93°C).
2. Place tea bag in 8-oz. mug.
 3. Pour the heated water into the mug.
 4. Steep for 3-5 minutes, or preferable strength. 
 5. Take out the tea bag, making sure to squeeze out all the goodness.
 6. Sip and enjoy!
