Contents: 20 hand filled tea bags (organic and biodegradable) sealed in a food safe bag to keep its freshness. Comes packaged in a beautiful reusable stainless steel container.
Ingredients: Chamomile flower**, gotu kola leaf**, orange peel**, lavender flower**, cinnamon bark**, licorice root** & cardamom seeds**.

Brewing: 1. Heat fresh, filtered water just short of the boiling point. 2. Place tea bag in 8-oz. mug.
3. Pour the heated water into the mug.
4. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
5. Take out the tea bag, making sure to squeeze out all the goodness.
6. Sip and enjoy!
