    INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
    1/4 tsp green tea leaves
    3/4 tsp jasmine tea leaves
    1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
    1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 petals of star anise*
    2 heaping tsp local honey
    1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    10 oz boiling water.
*break off 2 petals of the star anise flower
    STEP 1
Place all ingredients in a tea pot.
    STEP 2
Pour boiling water over spices and stir. Let steep for 5 minutes. Pour and enjoy!

    TIPS:
You can use 1/8 tsp ginger powder as it is more potent.
For the Star Anise, just break off 2 petals, if you use the whole flower it will be too strong of a flavor.
